About Vastu by Anushka
At Vastu by Anushka, we believe a home should be designed for harmony from the very beginning - not corrected after problems arise.
With over 5 years of experience in Vastu consultation and on-site assessments, Anushka observed a recurring challenge: many people purchase beautifully designed homes without considering Vastu during the planning stage. Months or even years later, when concerns arise, making structural corrections - especially to newly finished kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, or other spaces - can be difficult, expensive, and inconvenient.
This experience shaped the vision behind Vastu by Anushka: Prevention Before Correction.
Our approach is to work with builders, developers, architects, and homeowners at the planning and construction stage, integrating Vastu principles thoughtfully into layouts before the property is completed.

The Five Elements of Vastu Shastra
Every plot, and everything built on it, is read through five elements - Prithvi, Jal, Agni, Vayu, and Akash. As a Vastu consultant for builders and developers across Delhi NCR - Gurugram, Noida, Dwarka Expressway, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad - this is the first check run against a site plan: does mass sit in the southwest, water in the northeast, fire in the southeast, air in the northwest, and space at the centre. Get this balance right early, and floor plans move through approval, construction, and buyer walkthroughs without a redesign later.

Governs mass, weight, and stability. The southwest is meant to carry the heaviest load on a plot - the tallest structure, the thickest walls, the master bedroom.
On a site plan, this is where we check floor height, wall thickness, and furniture load are heaviest, tapering down toward the northeast.
- JalWaterNortheast
Governs flow and renewal. The northeast is kept light and open for water - the underground sump, the entrance, the zone that receives morning light first.
We flag overhead tanks, borewells, or heavy construction placed here, since it works against the element the zone is meant to hold.
- AgniFireSoutheast
Governs energy and transformation. The southeast is where heat-generating points belong - the kitchen, the electrical meter, the generator or transformer room.
In MEP and kitchen layouts, this is the zone we route power and gas connections through wherever the plan allows it.
- VayuAirNorthwest
Governs movement and circulation. The northwest suits guest rooms, staircases, and garages - spaces built for people and air to pass through, not settle in.
We check that ventilation shafts, staircases, and moving parts of the layout aren't pushed into the southwest instead, where stillness belongs.
- AkashSpaceCenter (Brahmasthan)
Governs openness. The Brahmasthan at the centre of a plot is meant to stay unobstructed - a courtyard, an atrium, or simply clear floor, never a column or a stairwell.
The single most common redesign flag on builder floor plans: a beam, column, or shaft cutting straight through the Brahmasthan.
The Vastu Purusha Mandala
The Vastu Purusha Mandala is the 9x9, 81-square grid at the root of Vastu Shastra - a map of Vastu Purusha, the being said to lie pinned within every plot, head toward the northeast and feet toward the southwest, held by 45 guardian deities along its edge. Each direction on this grid is quietly holding something of its own. At Vastu by Anushka, we provide end-to-end Vastu consultation and implementation, making the entire process simple and convenient for homeowners, builders, developers, and architects.
Layout & Gridding
A proper layout is the foundation of our Vastu analysis. If you already have the property layout, our team carries out the required Vastu gridding on it.
If a layout is not available, our draftsman visits the property, takes the required measurements, prepares the layout, completes the gridding, and submits it to our Vastu consultant for detailed analysis.
Vedic Vastu Consultation
We analyse the property according to Vedic Vastu principles and recommend suitable solutions based on the individual requirements of the space.
Modern Vastu Solutions
For existing properties, we focus on practical Vastu solutions that can be incorporated with minimum disruption to the existing interiors wherever possible.
Remedies & Materials
You don't have to arrange Vastu materials separately. From strips and other corrective materials to gemstones and items required for Vedic Vastu remedies, our team arranges the recommended materials as part of the implementation process.
